Did a good job and but Brandon said hed come back the next day and pick up the old hot water heater , he never came back. I tried to leave a message, his box is always full, called the office no response. Left my cell number on sms no response . Now I have to pay someone to take it to the dump. If u have a HWH installed add a little extra money to your bill. Service: Water heater installation

Super disappointed second time Ive called and schedule with company. After he missed first appointment and I had to call back. The second time was worse did not show or call for second appt separate issue. I called left number no response. Called back following day on 12/14/22 to follow up, Brandon said Im with a customer let me call you back in 10 min. Im still waiting. My wife called on 8th or 9th and made appointment for 13th. Well like I said still waiting. Use Evans plumbing called on 12/15/22 came out 12/16/22 as scheduled and even called and said they were on their way. Thanks Evans plumbing. Recommend not using Brandon and Cottage Hill Plumbing, he may or may not show days later or call with any status!
