WARNING: Be very careful about doing business with this company.
Rowe was hired for a commercial job with a price tag in excess of $100,000.
One of the plumbers neglected to properly crimp a fitting near a water heater (see pic).
The water damage resulting from their negligence caused over $20,000 in documented damages.
When Scott Rowe (owner) was contacted, he initially seemed eager to make things right but ultimately stopped responding to my communications and his last comment indicated that we are not going to be responsible for the damage.
It is worth noting that they asked to remove the physical evidence from the site during the inspection.
Consumers should not tolerate this lack of accountability from a business and strongly advise against using them unless you are prepared to take responsibility for any mistakes on their part.
