        FitState is an amazing gym! From the music selection to the complimentary bottled water and towels, youll feel at home as soon as you enter! They always greet you with a smile and are more than willing to help in any way! I trained with Lauren! Shes the best! She tailored the workout to my specific needs, even after a back injury. She was very encouraging and lighthearted! I loved that we were able to laugh while still getting the work done! This gym is highly recommended!!

        I cannot speak highly enough of the Fitstate program!! I have struggled with diet and regular exercise my entire life. In just a few short weeks with Fitstate, I have been able to make significant lifestyle changes in my diet and have began to incorporate cardiac and strengthening exercises in a way that I never thought I could. The trainers are wonderful (shoutout Lauren!); they meet you where you are at and provide excellent instruction and encouragement to allow you to improve every week. The environment is friendly, nonjudgmental, and highly motivating. I am very excited to complete the rest of the program, and I truly believe this will be the best thing I could have ever done for myself and my health!!!

        If youre someone like me who needs someone to hold you accountable, but in an encouraging way, THEN FITSTATE IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE!! Braxton, Scott, and the rest of the staff are the best! All of the trainers are very experienced. They help you to reach your workout goals, teach nutrition, and offer sound advice to sustainable changes. Not a diet!!! Even the other patrons are wonderful and friendly. The gym has a great vibe. Its always clean and there is always an endless supply of clean dry towels and cooled eucalyptus towels that smell and feel heavenly after a workout!! Go by for a visit!!!
