Photo Department ususally has a great disposition but the Customer Service today was horrible. She was rude to my mother ...I guess she interrupted her from standing there so she had to work. She stated that all orders had been picked up and paid for as my mother had me on speaker phone. Then when I called myself over the phone instead of through the speaker of my mom's, I asked for a picture order, "Yes ma'am, they are here and ready for you". "Really? You just told my mother ALL Orders had been picked up and paid for and with an attitude that needed to stop." Yes I let her know her customer service was horrible and she was rude to a 70 year old woman just trying to pick up pictures. hmmm.... I don't know what your holiday or your day was like but I hope you realize it isn't as bad as others out there and atleast she has a job like several homeless would appreciate....that apparently she doesn't care for. Happy New Year to you and prayers that you treated the next person alot nicer.
