They lied and said they accept Insurance waited 2 weeks finally got in with the appointment then she tells us we don't accept insurance you have to pay us cash then talk to us like we was children they are very rude one girl walking around like she on a power trip.

Never again. So, just a heads up to everyone because I'm sure every eye doctor is probably like this, but I ran out of contacts about a month ago. I get the vision center to order my contacts for me, because ordering contacts with insurance just seemed way too confusing when I tried to do it myself. Anyways, I called the vision center and asked if they could order more and they said they couldn't do it over the phone. I get it... hippa laws and all. So, I had to go in to order them. After leaving me waiting for 30 minutes they finally got around to helping me. She pulled up my information and said, "oh your prescription is expired. You got your eye exam 1 year and 8 days ago. So your prescription is expired by 8 days. I can't order your contacts until you do a new eye exam." So they ordered me exactly enough contacts last year to get me through until it was time to take another eye exam, an eye exam that's quite expensive even with insurance. In my opinion that's a total f-in scam that forces you to pay up for unnecessary eye exams. I get that they want you to do an exam every year, but telling me I can't get my contacts ordered until I do another exam is b.s. I'll just continue driving and working blind... thanks walmart

I love going to this place for all my eye care needs. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also it was a pleasure dealing with the new manager who answered all of my concerns.

Used this vision center in the past with no issues. New manager rude, sarcastic, not knowledgeable and very SCATTERED. Will not be back! Too many vision centers around town for this behavior.
