image This place should be investigated.I injured myself April1 2019 and was sent here.Dr Terry Taylor was nice but he didn't do anything that was helpful to me. He did everything that was helpful for my employer to deny me workmans comp. I have worked for the same company 17 years as a hospice caregiver and injured myself with a patient. No one wanted to believe me on my injuries just because my MRI didn't detect anything. But muscle damage can not be detected.I have went from a person who earn 1400.00 every two weeks to receiving 204.00 worth of foodstamps. a month. This is so sad.I have spasms and have to lay in the fetal position, my arm , shoulder and right leg goes numb and i have been dealing with this since 2019.No more health insurance.I was not given a recommendation for physical therapy or chiropractor services I just hope that Mr.Taylor and even to the not diverse staff, hope and pray that the inconsiderate, unethinical, practices will not be put upon them like they did to me. An not diverse, i am a black woman and they cared less about me, condition and anything else they spent more time and concerned with others who were white. Yes i said it.There was not a black person employeed there. It is obvious to me when i sit there in pain and they utter two words to me but carry on a whole 20 minute conversation with a white woman. My feelings and injury was just protocol for the company i worked for and to avoid paying me for my injuries.Til this day i can not work and my whole life has changed.I worked for a company 17 years been in the same field of work 24 and i just pray that the God i serve shows them all mercy and compassion in and throughout their lives because they showed me none.Discrimmination at its finest to help my company not pay anything.PS.They told me i can go back to work but in the same breath said they were not familiar with the comapny i worked for and asked me what did i do but already put in my paperwork that i can return to work, duh.Just an evil atmosphere and strategic at it too.Had to give a 1 just to post it.They all in that building need to ask God to have mercy on them for only pushing for businesses to not do as they are expected when employees injury themselves on the job.Ive had to go to ER 13 times just to receive care and every time the xray techs ask me have i been in a wreck, my back an neck xrays are very telling.
