I loved Dr. Clarke's office with my first pregnancy. I had no real issues other than it being really packed in the waiting room. Otherwise great office and great doctor. However this pregnancy was not the same. His new staff is incompetent. None of them communicate with each other well, nor you as the patient. You get lectured about not being there at a certain when you were given an appointment for another time. I decided to switch OBs early on as that I wanted a different line of care. When my current office tried to reach out for results of tests taken there they magically were unable to find them. For months we were given the run around and now I have to redo the tests again. I am highly agitated. I love Dr. Clarke as a doctor but his staffing needs an overhaul. They also need classes on how to better communicate, lose the attitudes, and be more kinder to the patients. Oh and one of the lab ladies needs to find another job she is very rude.
