Two Men and a Truck

Two Men and a Truck truly was the BEST choice for us moving. They were super quick and very professional and hard working young men. I was really impressed because they made suggestions on site to make sure our products were safe and protected by them.

Where do I begin? In June of 2023 my 89 year old mom downsized from Daphne to Mobile to be closer to my sister. We had to store her furniture for one month until the new house was ready. Basically there were two moves by Two Men and a Truck. When her possessions were delivered in July of 2023, we realized the extent of the damage. Her furniture that she was so proud of and had taken such care of all her life was broken, torn up, and lost. A brand new $600 vacuum cleaner still in the box never made it. Not only was the furniture broken and scratched but the movers did not assemble the beds when they unloaded. The office sent Michael to try to repair the furniture. He made it worse. They then sent Katie to fix Micheals mess. We were pleased with Katies work. It is now March 2024. We are still waiting for Two Men and a Truck to assemble the beds. I have moved several times in my life but have never encountered what my poor little mother has had to endure. I cannot emphasize enough DO NOT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

The guys that helped were super quick and efficient. They took care of our items and home like we were family. They wrapped items to keep them safe. It also took time to close on our house so I kept having to push our date back and they were great and flexible with scheduling. Totally worth the money!

TM&AT had a truck issue so were off to a late start. Due to health reasons I had to leave on time. I called up and talked to Melanie who is very gracious and kind. Before I knew it, I believe it was Scott the manager showed up with a second crew to help load so I could leave as planned! Now that is great customer service! I need to send thanks again to the calm and understanding Melanie who helped me on a very stressful day. She is awesome. The two young men Gabriel and Bryon worked very hard, were very respectful and professional. An unfortunate delay was met with a great team who got the job done. They have my highest recommendation!
