Lance and his team at Azalea City Mortgage did an awesome job of handling our mortgage! They were able to offer buydown points at a rate that was way cheaper than other lenders. He and his team also responded to emails, calls, and texts really promptly and always kept me in the loop on what was happening and what the next steps were!
