I couldnt say better things about Mrs. Denise at SWBC! Not only did she go above and beyond for us but continued to update us on every step of the way and what to expect next. We had issues with date delays on the other side of things (not this company but our buyers) and Denise continued to jump through hoops to keep us calm and locked in at our current interest rate! The amount of information she gave us after seeking our 5 different lenders made this a no brained to commit to Denise. This would have been a completely different experience had we not found her! This company is super amazing!! When I thought my back was against the wall, Denise and Madison were my shoulders!!! When I tell you SWBC is a place to take care of your needs! I would recommend anyone looking for a mortgage company that cares and understands all situations!!! They were a true blessings for me!!

Our experience with SWBC has been exceptional. I have used Denise Blanchard a couple times for loans and shes very helpful and easy to work with. Shes always available with any questions I have. I would highly recommend SWBC for any mortgage needs.
