        Almost every Charley's Cheesesteak place I go to is great..... But this place seems to need to improve on customer service bigtime. It doesn't take much for a worker to be pleasant to customers that enter the restaurant.

        If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. The manager she said she was have the worst ever customer service. I wouldn't hire her to take my trash out. After spending 18.23 cent and your sign states banana peppers free I definitely expect to get them free not pay .60 cent. Absolutely ridiculous!

        Visit this restaurant today !!!! The worst service I ever had in my life !!! The workers talked on there phone , played and did everything except take ur order ! I only asked for bbq sauce and the worker asked me whats the attitude for !!!! Ill never recommend
