This rating is solely based on my recent experience with the office of Dr. Bolton, whom I highly regard and unequivocally recommend.It was time for a new Rx for a maintenance prescription and getting no response from the doctor's office, the pharmacy recommended that I contact the doctor. I did that and the secretary sent a message to Dr. Bolton's nurse, as she was forbidden to transfer my call.  I received no response, nor did the pharmacy.  The next morning I called again and explained that I was out of the medication; I also, requested that the nurse call me.  I called a second time that afternoon, reminding them that I had been out for two days.  Again, no response.In all, I called four times and have gone without my medication for four days.I have no idea where the ball was dropped, but am certain that Dr. Bolton would not have allowed this, had he been aware of the situation.This morning I contacted my cardiologist's office...within 2hrs I received a call and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy.It is my sincere wish that the responsible person in Dr. Bolton's office sees this and prevents this from happening to someone else.  Not everyone's health condition would tolerate 4 days of zero medication without serious consequences.  Fortunately for me, this was not one of the meds that I take every 12 hours to prevent rejection of my two transplanted organs.
