Very knowledgeable healthcare professionals. I have never had a bad experience. They are always there to listen and provide quality care. I trust them with all of my family's healthcare needs.

Absolutely RUDE very unprofessional, the administration needs to be retrained, especially whoever they have answering the phone I called and a nurse picked up, she did not give me a name she said " what do you need" once i started to explain my issue she then abruptly stopped me and said " one moment someone else should have answered this call" after being on hold for 3 minutes she then tells me to call back in 5 minutes because their secretary or whom ever answering their calls was running late.I called back in 7 minutes instead of 5 because i was out done.. Another lady answered the phone.. I guess whom ever i was " waiting on to arrive to work"  i explained my issue.. She then put me on the phone with someone who was apparently a nurse.. After i explained my issue to the nurse SHE put me on hold as well sending me back to the first lady who answered when i was redirected to call back the second time.. She asked me for my first and last name dob & contact number i provided her those details she adv me that someone would be calling back promptly to find me a resolution.. No one ever did they don't deserve a star neither deserve the role of health care providers I'm pretty sure I'm not the first or the last with this experience they need their business license revoked because they are not in the business of helping peopleGIVING FALSE HOPE SHOULD BE THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY
