        Very expensive dry cleaning and my item was returned to me still unclean. When I called just to see if it could be recleaned I was rudely asked the same questions over and over again, blamed and given the run around.

        Left suit to be dry cleaned for a wedding and completely forgot to pick up. They were closed so I reached out on their Facebook site and asked if they could help. Owner responded immediately! Called me, met me at the cleaners and had it ready. Customer service above and beyond. Ive used Port City for years and theyve always done a great job but I never knew how far they go to please their customers. Highly recommend.
