Beware when staff is setting charges on your William Sonoma card!!! I purchased an expression machine and the lady asked me if I wanted double points or the 12 months no interest. I said no interest of course, but she was in such a hurry to get to the zero people behind me that she was making a selection for me before I could even finish speaking. 1 month later I have $130 interest charges.

I had my wedding registry 99% Williams Sonoma and I regret the decision now. I returned 2 items on the registry on 2/20/2023 and was told I was to be getting an e-merch credit for it within 7-10 business days. ok sounds good. Fast forward ahead 15 business days and still no credit so I called customer service and was told they couldn't issue the e-merch credit, but had to mail it instead and the tracking shows it will be there in 2 days, again ok sounds good. The next day I get a call from one of the people who's gift I returned and the credit was mailed to them! Please tell me who in their right mind mails a credit to the purchaser from a wedding registry?!?!? Humiliated is an understatement so I called customer service again and she apologizes and said she can cancel the card and issue me an e-merch credit. Ok I'm pissed, but just get me my credit I was told to call back on 3/27/2023 if I did not have it by then. Got busy and 3/31/2023 still do not have the credit so I call and rep looks it up and says oh there is a note that they can't issue you an e-credit, but has to be a physical card. Ok when am I going to get it? Well we need your name and address. Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?!?! My registry has all the information in it and your telling me someone could not take the time to look it up when they entered the note?!?!?!? Gave my information and again have to wait 7-10 business days. I will NEVER give my business to them again as these items have been returned well over a month now and they cannot seem to get me the credit.
