Back in July of 2023 I got my ears pierced at Claire's they told me about getting free earrings,, for a year it is now September 2023, I have not heard a thing about my earrings, I have contacted support, they're just giving me the run around. so beware when they say they're going to give you, free earrings for one year...I have been waiting 3 months for mine and still haven't got them, so beware what they say....
customer support is not worth a flip I've notified them four times "oh well we're sorry you feel that way" that all they say,
well I am too...

Ive made repeated attempts to call to get a few questions answered and
either the number listed is wrong-
Store is closed -
Staff won't take calls -
Or everyone quit
Because none of the calls have been picked up yet
Horrible
