I have visited this business several times over past years and have always had a positive experience. Ive had watch batteries replaced, watch bands repaired and a watch crystal/glass replaced. Prices seem fair and quality of work has always been excellent.

I have utilized this business many times over the years for ring sizing and watch battery replacement and never had an issue until now. I brought my wedding set in for sizing on 12/2/23. The owner quoted $265 and was able to size it same day as advertised but the rings felt loose when I picked them up. He suggested I try them for a week and agreed to adjust the sizing if needed. I tried them for a week, then I had to go out of town for work for a week. On 12/16/23 I went back to the shop and ask that he adjust the sizing. He told me that I had one week to get the adjustment and that I should have called if I were going to be delayed getting back to the shop. He began speaking to me in an incredibly condescending manner and went as far as to tell me that if I wanted any further sizing adjustment, I would not get my rings back until after Christmas because he was so busy with custom work. (there was a sign posted out front advertising same day ring sizing). This is what I would recommend to others: 1. Get a detailed receipt of the work performed/money paid 2. Do not accept verbal agreements - ask for written policy on timelines for adjustments on ring sizing. 3. Find a reputable jeweler who cares about customer satisfaction.
