      You spoke with Ann, and she gathered basic information about your "handyman" business. She told you that I (Greg Darling) would call you back if we were interested in quoting. She relayed the information that you provided, and your business does not seem to be a "handyman" service in name or operations. Any agent/company that rates a policy for The Project USA, LLC as “handyman” is doing you no professional service since you will be renovating houses that you own. I made a business decision to decline.I am pleased to hear that you believe that we "have been great in the past". Please know that we are fully staffed and appreciate your thoughtful review.
