I bought insurance from them two years ago. They did not give me a competitive rate, charged me $35 cash for their services, and the owner, Paul Roberts, was very rude, but the other guy in the office was helpful, (although he could do nothing without asking Paul). I went back to ask for flood insurance after Hurricane Sally (September 2020) because FEMA deemed my property to be in a flood zone. Waited a month. Called again and left a message. Talked to Paul himself this time, who said he'd check and call me back. Waited another month and nothing. I risked just showing up at their office next. I spoke to the other guy who said he'd tell Paul to call me. It's now January 2021 and I'm still waiting. The Insurance agency they set me up with won't deal with me directly. They have to hear from Paul, and Paul couldn't possibly care less! So unprofessional!
