        They have lost my business and my recommendation. Will let your insurance go up 1000 each year with no remorse and wont call you back to discuss anything either.

        I was dropped unexpectedly by my homeowner's insurance carrier with little notice. I reached out to Courtney and G. Chris and they went above and beyond to help me. Courtney took her time, researched, and was able to secure better coverage for a price very close to my expiring policy. Thank you for making lemonade out of lemons! Highly recommend.

Serving Alabamians since 1984, our Policyholders have trusted us with their Home, Auto and Life knowing that we handle every situation with care. We are aware of the facts in your file and the notes reflect several conversations with the Insured explaining why what works for one Policyholder wont work for all. Property condition does play a role in the shopping process. We are concerned with every policy premium that increases or has unfavorable changes. Thank you for the time you were insured with us. Hopefully you have found an agency that better suits your situation.
