Bryan Maisel Builders are, hands down, the BEST builders/general contractors that I have ever worked with during my 50 years on this planet. Bryan, and his office manager/coordinator, brought a level of professionalism and diligence to the task of building our house on Dauphin Island that was extraordinary. Bryan's expertise and attention to detail were on display during every phase of the project. Whether it was correcting inaccuracies in our engineering plans, dealing with the planning commission and approval processes on Dauphin Island, advising us on the intricacies of building in an environment subject to extreme weather, or bringing the project to completion AHEAD of schedule, Bryan ran the operation with military precision. The weekly progress reports provided insight which walked us through, in detail, what had been accomplished that week, what was coming up next week, and most importantly, pictures of the house as it came to life! Being remote, having their assistance with the innumerable design decisions, including the binder with all of the potential interior design options and samples enabled us to make decisions with confidence. The level of professionalism and skill at communication was invaluable during the build, and attention to detail is remarkable. Even better, Bryan and Susan are genuinely nice people who go out of their way to be helpful and make a very complex process as easy as possible for their clients. My wife and I are thrilled with the house and feel incredibly fortunate that we were able to work with Bryan and Susan! Bryan Maisel Builders did an outstanding job of building our new home on Dauphin Island. Bryan and Susan kept us up to date on the progress of construction and had weekly meetings to see if any changes were desired. After construction was completed, they walked us through all of our warranties and gave us numbers of all vendors in case of any emergencies. Bryan also presented us with our Gold Fortified Certification within weeks of completion. Neighbors also praised Bryan for having a very clean and professional job site and crews. We consider Bryan Maisel a top-notch builder.

In helping my mother look for a new home on Dauphin Island , Bryan helped us through the process, soup to nuts. He walked us through multiple properties and floor plans until we found the perfect spot. All along the way, he was friendly, professional, and helpful. As for the build quality, the new house is easily the most well constructed residential structure I've ever walked through (over engineered bolts and supports, warranties on siding and other structural elements, very well insulated, added height above ground, lovely modern interior design and details, quality palms and turf used in the landscaping, etc...). After purchase, he also helped us find furniture, answered questions about the home, and even helped repair the front door months after the fact when some movers gouged it out accidentally. Both my mother and I now consider Bryan a friend of the family, and if you're moving to the island, you couldn't ask for a better neighbor. Bryan Maisel builders did a beautiful job building our new home from the ground up. He is very attentive to our needs in our home. Even preventing our water pipes from freezing when we werent there. We are ecstatic with having Bryan as our builder!
