Me before, what I got. Ive been growing my hair out for years and I am heartbroken and $220 poorer. left shaking and about to cry. Many professionals told me to demand a refund. However she refused. Dana did an absolute phenomenal job on my hair! She did a protein treatment and it is now the healthiest it's ever been! If I'd known such a treatment existed before now, I probably wouldn't have spent the last 6 years with hair that LOOKED and FELT like it'd survived a few house fires! The night and day difference is amazing.

I went to Dana the owner of salon for a hair trim and root touch up. I paid her for service with my bank card, and was going to leave a cash tip. When she sent my receipt to me through text it showed I gave her a 21.00 tip. I did not add a tip, I signed my name and sent pay button. I cannot believe she wont refund the 21.00, plus I was charged almost $4.00 for using my bank card. I cant ask for that back but I should get my 21.00 back! She said no refunds. She could credit the entire transaction and I can pay her for the hair service. This is not professional at all to do this.
