        I was in Winn Dixie around 4:30 today 3/19/24. I went to self check out ONLY because there was only one cashier. Two employees were at the end of self checkout talking to one another. I was having a difficult time checking out. Neither asked if I needed assistance. Clearly, I needed assistance. I left those groceries in that basket and at the check out spot. Maybe they put them back. Customer Service is pathetic. I remember going in this same Winn Dixie in the a.m. and the employees were pleasant and I said, "I would not mind working here!" The employee stated, "You don't want to work here! I see why. I am going to make ever effort to NOT shop at this Winn Dixie again.
