Decent company loved the pay and the work, I just have a sour taste in my mouth about the place because I was being transferred from working one location where things where going great because as a welder thats my main skill and I got sent to work at a concrete mill doing very little welding and more millwright work. I told everyone before they sent me that I didnt have any experience in that type of work, I was told thats not a problem they will teach you. Well after two weeks over there and very little patience with me not knowing millwright type work they ran me off and I will leave his name off here to prevent slandering but the coordinator didnt even try to help me find work after he put me in a place and set me up for failure. So I got set up to lose my job basically after I gave everyone heads up and still got sent over there instead of getting someone with that type of experience. And thats disappointing because I enjoyed working here for the time it lasted. My complaint is that this place doesnt seem to right their wrongs very well and they just essentially tell you too bad so sad when at the time I was my familys only source of income. And this is a late review I have been gone since last December
