I would not recommend these people, they have terrible customer service. I called about getting my springs adjusted and they said they would call back and I never heard from them, so if their service is as bad as their customer service, it probably isn't very good. I called Blayne Garage Door Service and he came right out and fixed the problem, he was very nice, professional and a great price, so I would definitely recommend him over these people.

The young man who came and looked at the issue I was having said it was minor. He got it working properly in a matter of seconds. He didn't charge me because he said I would soon need to replace the opener and that I should wait until it wasnt working anymore. I really appreciated him looking out for my bottom line and will most definitely call VES when I need to replace it. A national company wanted to charge me $50 just for coming out and not doing anything.
