I bought a bedroom set with a warranty in August. the dresser came damaged, and the dresser stool was missing. They took a long time to deliver the stool and find a technician to do the repair for the damaged furniture. I was told that warranty covers everything even if I don't use the furniture with warranty for years I can return it back, which thank God I didn't believe, but I still bought warranty for just in case if I needed. The warranty covers nothing. After waiting for months for their technician, I finally asked for my money for the damaged furniture, but they refused right away, and I got a call from a repair service who received the work order just before they call me. The technician came and couldnt do the repair. I asked them to replace it for me but they don't care about their costumers. I have paid more than 10k on this furniture set, and I have waited months nice and patiently trusting them and their service. So Disappointed
