She wasn't pushy and trying to up sale us. She listened to my wishes and has absolutely honored them. She has been so respectful to us and my late son. Bailey's bubbly personality is so warm and welcoming. I'm so glad that we chose Cottage Hill Memorial to guide us through this process.
