I ordered these for my boss, for an out of town family funeral reception. They were a success and they were well pleased. Many comments and compliments on the beautiful arrangement. I spoke with Shannon and he was extremely helpful.

I called at 11:18 am they delivered them to my wife by 1:05 same day. They are absolutely beautiful. This is my new go to place for sending flowers. Thank yall

Rosebud Flowers sent me a CASKET CATASTROPHE...
I am horrified by my experience with this local florist. I lost my 5 month old daughter and her funeral arrangements were done by Mobile Memorial Gardens who contracts flower arrangements with "RoseBud Flowers" florist. However, Mobile Memorial Gardens NEEDS to contract with **"All-A-Bloom Florist"**. They are on the same road as them (Three Notch Rd.); because, let me tell ya, "All-A-Bloom" will take care of you - whereas Rosebud Flowers will only drop the ball & make poor excuses. The DONATED job that "All-A-Bloom" delivered was jaw-dropping. They hand-sewed a large crown of beautifully-mixed flowers of all types, shades & sizes!! If a parent ever has to stand the pain of losing a child, "All-A-Bloom" is who you want taking care of you.
You know what "Rosebud Flowers" sent for my daughter's funeral as her casket arrangement? It was a casket catastrophe. It honestly looked like an arrangement someone had already sent back!! It looked "used" if that makes sense. If it wasn't a returned arrangement, then how truly sad that's what they saw fit to send for a BABY'S FUNERAL. "Rosebud Flowers" sent dying/dead flowers. They were supposed to be a soft, BLUSH-colored pink but they looked more like a DIRTY "poo-poo pink" because of all the varying shades of brown on the flowers from being old/dry/dead. Keep in mind I am describing flowers that are making up my child's CASKET arrangement. I only get ONE chance to get it right & Rosebud Flowers ruined my daughter's funeral. ROSEBUD WILL FAIL YOU & YOUR LOVED ONES. DO NOT TRUST THIS FLORIST.
As if my experience wasn't awful enough, the owner took down ALL of my personal info. & then charged my credit card for whatever amount she wanted. I never received ANY invoice and/or receipt or records of any kind. Shady! The owner actually hit my credit card for a fraudulent amount we had never discussed! I immediately pressed fraud charges with my credit card company. I am considering a civil-court lawsuit as well. I can't believe the owner would do all of this to a mom already in tremendous pain. Her business will ultimately end up failing because she has greed in her heart. What a traumatic experience this florist put me through...never again.
