This is the cleaners I normally use but this is the second time they charge me $32 for a regular church dress with no extra beads or anything just a plain white dress with belt $32 they called it formal when the last time I got it clean there the same dress was around $10 or $12. I'm considering finding another cleaners

They took our clothes . Said they would b ready 4pm the next day today ! Get there 433pm they only had my husband's 2 shirts and said my dresses they couldn't do because of glitter. Well only 1 dress had glitter the other was stitched . Calvin Klein. Now I didn't get either of my 2 dresses back and she said come back tomorrow!! If u can't do them why didn't they come back with my husband's shirts so I could get them cleaned for my husband's Christmas party for his work . I'm so upset ! They've ruined my days !! Why even take them if u couldn't do them and why didn't they send them back ?!? Poooooor professionalism !!
