Fresenius Kidney Care Mobile

So, my grandma came to visit me and my siblings from Israel . My grandma has dialysis and she has to have her exchange done every day. So, after she arrived in the U.S we took her to the emergency room to get her blood tested so the hospital made sure she has dialysis and after the blood work was done they prescribed her the dialysis solution and to start going to the Fresenius Kidney care center near us. The next day we did as we were told and when we arrived at the center to get her prescribed Dialysis solution, they refused to give it to her because she dose not have insurance and at that point she was at a life threatening situation and we had to rush to the ER. When we arrived they did blood test again and did the exchange but, told us we can’t come back unless she is in a life threatening and they told us that the Fresenius Kidney care center is responsible for her . The only reason they are not accepting her is this company cares about the money more then there patients. My grandma should not be suffering like this.
