The entire staff is rude the drivers will show up extremely early or either way to late but if youre late they will leave you this company should not be for disabled people because they have 0 patience the entire staff needs to be fired so they could find better staff instead of drivers who do not stop they will keep going if they dont see you completely disapointed with this company they have a lot of work to do 0 Stars !

3/15 today I took the Airport bus from the mall at 11. NEVER AGAIN. You seriously need to retrain that black lady. She has such a nasty, rude, unprofessional attitude. I'd much rather pay more and get Lyft than deal with her. This is the 4th time this same person has had a childish, argumentative attitude. It's your job to answer questions about the route. Stop allowing them to get away with this. I won't take that route anymore. Not going to spend my money when you allow ur employee to act like a ghetto thug.

They need to have service to West Mobile.I'm tired of having to pay $30-$50 for an Uber to get anywhere in mid-downtown!

I called the office the lady got a attitude cause Im telling her how the rider sat there in left why I was right in front of the bus say they going by the rule but yall have a driver taking our money to buy McDonalds breakfast every morning but I dont think thats in the rules book in put the mechanic out of service to get the money
