Musial Dental Center

Ive been coming here for awhile for regular cleanings and i've had no problems and everyone is so sweet i would give a 5 star but when it comes to getting aligners they are so bad at communicating. Ive never gotten aligners through them but i did in November and they didn't tell me anything just gave them to me and walked away. i've had to call them so many times with questions they didn't tell me when i signed up for them. Ive had automatic payments of 200 coming out and didn't hear anything for two months and i finally had to call and ask where my second and third set was.

I come HERE for some years and I love the staff and Dr. Musial as well. Once youve had work dental procedure(s) and get out the chair I can honestly say it doesnt feel like you being in the dentist chair at all, yes shes just that good. Very helpful and make arrangements to fit your needs and your busy schedule, I love the after 5 cleaning that she offers bc who wants to be in the dentist all day for a cleaning especially when you work Monday-Friday? The wait time is never long, if there is a wait time. Everyone greets you with a smile. I have been a patient of Dr. Musial since she was in the teepee in Tillmans Corner. She understands patients may have anxiety about seeing the dentist, however she comforts and informs in a very professional positive manner!

Dr. Musial has been my dentist for over a decade. The quality of their "outside" services has declined over the years. I have had two upper dentures made over the last 2 years, the second set was worse than the first. I have insurance through Medicare, and I recently had a lower partial denture made. This was the worst experience I have ever had! After numerous appointments to fit a pre-mold and a wax mold, the partial still did not fit at all. The lab technician and dentist tried to repair the denture to make it fit my mouth, to no avail. Mind you my insurance paid $1,200 just for this lower partial, I have friends that paid half of that and theirs is half the size and weight of the partial that was presented to me. Yes, I did return them to the dentist and asked to not have them "repaired" anymore, because I think they are absolute trash and the dentist did not even offer to make a new set. So now that makes $3,600 in teeth that do not fit.

I would highly recommend Dr. Musial and her staff. They are always so sweet and always do a wonderful job. If you have any type of pain or emergency she is quick to get you in and taken care of. Ive had two root canals recently and both procedures were pain free with no issues. Thanks, Dr. Musial, Kristi, Robin and Jackie!
