My husband was a client of this clinic for several years. And he came from Pensacola. Last week, the VA was allowed to give him another apoitment. My husband called and left a voice message. A few hours later , he got a call back, as it turned out, from the clinic. My husband receives thousands of calls from various Scam and advertising companies. And this call he credited to the Scam and did not respond properly. When he realized that there was a misunderstanding, he called back again, deeply apologized. That's it!!! Since then, silence!!!! I , his wife , called, WA called. Expensive clinic and a wonderful doctor! You need to change the receptionist. A clinic that works to provide services should probably at least answer incoming calls.
