        I placed an order around 9:00 am. for 2 hour delivery. Received an email around lunch time that my order had been cancelled. No phone call to let me know that my order was not going to ship. I reached out to sales rep at Sally's she said she would look into it and call me back within a few minutes. I have not heard a word.
