I put 4 quarters in the meter, which gave me 1 hour of parking at 9:29 AM. I walked out to my meter at 10:22 AM and had a ticket that was written at 9:54 AM for an expired meter. How does an hour parking turn into less than 25 minutes? That means it clciks 2.4 minutes a click if this is the case it should have said 1 dollar gives me 20 minutes, not an hour.

I received parking ticket for no reason and it's not fair for me have pay it when there's no kind of parking signs posted or no parking meter nor fire hydrant marked where was parked at time looked back at other car's parked behind me they wasn't no tickets put on them* it's absolutely not right get parking ticket when theirs no signs posted no parking meter or fire hydrant sitting there and I didn't block walk way that was there either
