Absolutely outstanding. It's been a long time since I've encounter such amazing service. Fast, friendly, efficient and get's it done. 5 hrs after I initially called their office I had my quote and new insurance policy wrapped up. Don't bother looking elsewhere, these guys are the best.

Cigna is awful they jacked up my annual premiums by over 40%, then told me I wasn’t covered for a basic knee sprain. Even though, my insurance benefits clearly indicate that I am covered for it. Cigna basically jacked me around for months, using excuse after excuse to prevent providing coverage for my knee care. Now as a result of their dishonesty and duplicity, I have amassed massive amounts of medical debt for almost 5 grand which was the total of 5 separate follow up care visits I had for my injured knee. This insurance company is such a dishonest fraud, I’m surprised they haven’t been closed down by insurance commissioners in numerous states. Cigna will smile in your face while eagerly signing you up for their overpriced insurance, then turn around and use a whole bunch of legal jargon to avoid providing coverage for the insurance you paid for all your life. I couldn’t say enough awful things about this dishonest corporate fraudster masquerading as a so-called “caring” insurance company who makes it their “business to care” for their members. Oh yeah Cigna, then why have you still not abided by legally binding insurance laws by covering the care which you specifically stated I was covered for, for my injured knee. Oh well… time to get an attorney involved. For those of you more fortunate than me who haven’t signed up for Cigna yet, do yourselves a huge favor: Don’t do it! They’ll scam you out of your insurance premium dollars just like they did with me, so sad and pathetic….
