I had a copper creek lever exterior door lock and handle. A 10 mph wind would blow through the whole
lock and out the interior screw holes. It is 2 years old, and has been happening since installation. The company says not their problem. Manufacture problem. Copper Creek says they have never heard of any such thing and refuse any accommodation. Don't believe their website about zero defects.

Southern Brass was our vendor for our new home build. Their representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my budget. We are in the home now, and pleased with the quality and workmanship.

Drive it like you stole it ! Never had the pleasure of doing business with this company,but the reviews sound nice. I gave this one star because of my experience, which was a small box truck occupied by two people at 9:50am on 10/23/2023 tail gating me heading east bound across the causeway coming from mobile. I pulled to the right (I was doing 68 in the fast lane,which speed posted for the day was 65) They passed me that's when I made out the " Southern Brass,LLC sticker on the door. I paced them to see how fast they were going. I backed off when I hit 85. So if your truck was stolen, I hope you get it back. If not, we'll you know your business is always represented on your truck, and maybe it's time for that same talk to the people representing your company.

Today marks four months that we've had the issue with our lock not working right. I had three interactions with them. Two by phone and one in person, back then. They assured me all was well yet the problem persisted. With each interaction they made me feel like an inconvenience.
Update: they did finally come out and fix the issue, and I had a good experience with their staff
