        I was very hesitant to sign a contract with them because it felt "too expensive". Looking back now after several years it has been one of the best financial decisions the company has made. They respond quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. It has saved me sanity, time, and a lot of money not having to be the "IT guy" for our company. As a small business owner it's so nice when someone complains about a tech issue to say "start a ticket with IT".... it allows me to do what I do best and not have to waste time learning how to fix the latest IT problem. In addition, I don't have to think about security or worry about having our data hacked and held ransom for bitcoin. That is their job. Worth every penny, without a doubt.
