        Ive had my Kia Soul since 2012. Purchased it New. Since then, Dean McCrary has had to replace my engine, due to unsealed gasket. Brought my vehicle in for routine oil change and they brought it back smoking. They kept my truck almost 7 weeks. They even issued me a loaner for my convenience. Moving forward to March 22, 2024. Took my truck in for routine oil change, and when they returned my vehicle, the tire light was on. My back brake (driver side) light was out. The invoice states I have a nail in rear tire. It is not my rear tire, it the front passenger. Call back to dealership. Lady told us to bring back. On the way back to the dealership. Passenger Tire went flat. Pulled into a car wash called roadside assistance, said it would be 2/3 hours. Called Dean McCray, a Caucasian man, said his name was Walter. Well, Walter was RUDE, UNKIND, INCONSIDERATE, and UNCARING. How can this person represent this dealership? Nothing was done to Help or Defuse the situation. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Dean McGray.
