The lady who answers the phones is ungodly rude!! SMH try so hard to control a conversation that you just hang up while someone is speaking to you.. you guys seriously need to retrain her. Said her name was Jamie..

On September 1, 2021 driving from Memphis, TN my brother and I were servicing our medical surgery centers in Daphne and Fairhope. This is the only place where we use a pallet jack to lift a 2,000 pounds ophthalmic laser and our jack broke. It was 8:30 am and we had to be out of a surgery center by 11:00 am to get to our next client by 1 pm. After 15 unsuccessful phone calls Off the internet I found PCI. AMY listened to what I needed and personally took charge of my situation. In 10 minutes she had a new pallet jack on the way (delivered by her husband in their personal vehicle) that arrived at 10:00 am. We were able to finish that client and move to the next location which was one of our biggest revenue generators. All I can say is - WOW! This kind of customer service just doesnt happen anymore. I know this was an emergency and we may never need them again - but we will never - EVER forget this kindness and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! AMY - what a pleasure. You have no idea the burden you lifted today. 5 STARS DOESNT EVEN BEGIN TO RATE THEM. THANK YOU PCI!!!!!
