We stopped by to see the waterfall and the koi fish and well I don't know where to begin,, you enter a gate then you have to go to the souvenir / admission shop pay to enter the garden / woods. I was not impressed because there's really nothing to see but woods, trees, and forestry!!!! I understand it suppose to be a Garden, but it's really nothing to see, NO BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS,NO BEAUTIFUL SCENERY just overgrown bushes, trees, and trails!!! You can get off track easily cause there is NO signs to point you in the right direction ,,,,BUT the biggest disappointment was the Waterfall,it was so small but the koi fish in the small little pond was beautiful, well my final review is it should be FREE! Or maybe we went the wrong time of year April 2024

Great and helpful staff, and even though I came during an awkward seasonal change period, there were still plenty of beautiful sights and flowers.

We had a very pleasant visit. We went on a spring day and enjoyed a walk around. We learned a lot about different types of Japanese Maple trees. Aromi Azalea Garden was beautiful. The garden is not very big, so you can spend a couple hours or whole day depending on what you want. There is no restaurant there. I believe you might be able to order lunch a couple days a week but other than that youre on your own. They have a cute gift shop with art work from local artists. The worker we interacted with was very pleasant. Great place to visit with children. Dogs are allowed on a leash.

Enraged that my friend was denied access due to her attire. She was turned away as her and her toddler entered because she was wearing shorts and a slightly cropped shirt. The management argued that they couldnt enter because the garden is a family establishment. I guess the garden management didnt like seeing a pregnant womans stomach- Funny, I wonder how families happen in the first place? Management showed lack of tact, misogyny, and double standards to a pregnant mother and her son who drove an hour in hopes of a pleasant afternoon together. Regardless, I will not be a patron to a place that treats women and mothers like this.

Disgusted with the treatment of my friend who drove over an hour to have a pleasant afternoon with her toddler son. My friend is 6 months pregnant and wore maternity shorts and a shirt that showed some of her pregnant belly. She was turned away at the door because the old dude there said he didnt like what she was wearing and that this is a family establishment. Where on earth do you think families come from? The same man also came out and walked around my friends car and made her feel so uncomfortable and scared that she cried while trying to put her toddler in his car seat. How dare you? Will never spend any time or money here due to the blatant disrespect and downright creepiness shown to my friend, and I will make sure I actively recommend not coming here to anyone who asks. Do better.
