Mike Fasano the Branch Manager is a very condescending, arrogant, unprofessional, irrational manager Ive ever came into contact with. He is not capable of managing this company he makes your corporation look bad Ive been a customer for five years now and never have I ever been treated in that manner. It got so bad I asked to close my account I would never bank here again Thanks to his unprofessionalism regions has to do better at who they let represent the brand. He is garbage and should be taken out as such.

Mike Fasano the manager at the Spring Hill branch in mobile Alabama was obnoxiously rude and not helpful at all. Hes extremely arrogant and I felt like he was attempting to talk to me like he think hes better than me or like Im stupid. He was being very sarcastic and borderline belittling. Not willing to listen to me in detail nor give me any clarity on my banking issue that I was attempting to resolve, which I was very confused about. Didnt even attempt to give an explanation and continued to state the obvious (which was the reason I called. He made a sarcastic remark that caused me to just hang up the phone. He lacked customer service etiquette. And his basic people skills such as politeness were non existent, at least with me. But looking at other reviews concerning this branch location Im not the first customer that has had an encounter like this with Mike. If anyone is considering opening an account with this location I would strongly advise you dont. If you ever have to do business with Mike Fasano youll regret it. As soon as I make it in town Im walking in that branch and closing my Regions account for this very reason.
