Rick Maples is NOT who you want to trust with your legal needs. He was extremely accessible UNTIL I paid his fee. After that it was nearly impossible to reach him, and he still to this day, some 6 months later has not responded to my last 2 emails. He offered no suggestions or solutions, and I had to produce the only creative solution to my specific problem, that he took, criticized, then waited until it was too late to implement. I am in a worse situation now than when I hired him with no assistance offered after he received payment. Buyer beware!! * Update 5/2/2020: Well he finally responded to my last email, 8 months later and AFTER he read this review. Good to know he reads these. Perhaps a simple phone call would have been more appropriate than a letter containing a veiled threat to pursue legal action if I don't remove this review. Mr. Maples, you shouldn't put yourself out there on Google for review by clients if you can't accept my honest opinion of the value of the service I paid you for and trusted you to deliver.
