Me and my family actually stay here, been here little over a yr, Im glad to still be here and Iam so glad they switch management, I just wish they kept the water included in the rent! The sewer bill is so high and dont make no sense and I dont like the way they doing it! The sewer is higher than the water bill and I dont think thats right! Sewer should not be $230 bucks! Yall need to get rid of the 3rd party biller!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here for a year and it was an actual nightmare. Maintenance never came for any issues no matter how much you asked. Instead the maintenance guys were busy loudly revving their engines and doing wheelies on their motorcycles in the parking lot. The apartment above of ours flooded into the third (unrented and therefore locked) room in our unit and created so much mold throughout the entire apartment. They barely did anything to fix it other than put a few fans out for a single day. This resulted in a horrible smell and for me to break out into MOLD RASHES all over my body. We had no heating the entire year, the grounds were always full of trash, the manager was rude and unhelpful, and the gym was constantly dirty AND 75% of the equipment in there was broken. Even though the parking lot was always empty, they randomly decided to start making us go to the office and get a guest pass for any visitors or else they would get towed. Therefore, you couldnt have any unplanned guests on the weekends or after office hours. It was super inconvenient and an obvious money grab. Not to mention completely unnecessary since they couldve just fixed their gates instead, which *shocker* did not work once the entire year I lived here. Just whatever you do please do not rent here. I promise there are other much better options in Mobile for the same price.

Theyre great! They have changed management and are doing a terrific job! Ive lived in multiple apartment complexes with 0 communication with the office due to no responses. Also, they had terrible services when putting in work orders and things like that. The Mirage has a sweet staff who is willingly calling and checking in to make sure you have all of your needs! It is also very peaceful! Would recommend this place to anyone searching for a new apartment complex to live at.
