Dickens Ferry Apartments

I have been on these apartments for 8 years @ as of this year I have seen such great progress..the new office manager is really doing all she can to make our home feel comfortable@ a lot of repairs have been done, trash has been picked up yard look all nice@ Clean.. Finally I'm so glad that we have someone in the office that cares.

I have been here a little over a year now and started out with heating and cooling problems along with other minor issues. I want to give a big thanks to the maintenance staff for all of their hard work and getting everything accommodated so that me and my kids can live comfortably I greatly appreciate it.

I love that the new management have cam to and changed things around the complex it looks an whole lot better apartments are newly remodeled,if the an problem the fix it asap management is very friendly and understanding

I stay in Dickens ferry now and my ac been out for a minute but the new owners have been doing everything they can and fix it with no problems also all the other problems they have fixed as well better experience since then
