        I deliver DoorDash to these apartments frequently and the only good thing about them is that they provide some form of cheap shelter for people with severe addiction and mental issues. I can smell black mold entering this place, and I just know there's roaches, bed bugs, and all kinds of infestations in this place. Some of the units even had the doors kicked in and were filled with nothing but bags full of trash with most of the drywall inside the unit rotted out. Every time I leave this place after delivering, I always feel a very dark energy around me. I hope these people here start doing better. There is just no life here... If you've been around these environments, you know exactly what I mean.

        I know this complex has had its share of problems but the new manager, Ms. Adams, is working to change the narrative! She is responsive and gets your needs met very quickly!

        They won't clean trash up, news articles are out about this. Health dept has been alerted, and citations for the owners. You will be happier living under a bridge than moving here. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APTS! Owners are in NYC not giving a flying F about the tenants!!! Bugs and roaches EVERYWHERE !!!! Again, these APTs are under investigation by the city. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
