I enjoyed my brief stay in Carondolet apartments. I did not have many maintenance issues but if I did they came swiftly to assist. The complex is fairly quiet and calm for the most part. I didnt have any issues.

The management was swift to correct any concerns we had and we were very comfortable in our home for 2 years. Our dog enjoyed the dog park thoroughly. Our neighbors were all very kind and kept to themselves. Overall we had a very pleasant stay

Ive lived here since 2000, I love the location, the community and the people. New owners took over and the improvements are wonderful. The maintenance crew is very efficient and nice. I expect to be here a few more years. Keep up the good work JH
