I take back everything Ive said they have been treating me for three months. Im pregnant. Abruptly Ive been told they dont take my insurance (united healthcare) after theyve taken it for three months. And that Im out of network 8,000. Called my insurance provider and none of it was true strangely enough theyve never billed my insurance once. she even went above and beyond to check the website, and sure enough, on their website it says they take united healthcare (as theyd told me upon intake.) they offered no explanation for this and didnt provide further details. Im at a loss.

The worst excuse for a clinic I've ever seen. Idk why it's called a treatment center when most of the clients are using every narcotic known to man with no repercussions. Counselors in and out of there like a revolving door and you may not even be assigned a new one for months. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The director doesn't care about anything but her salary

When I first became a patient/ I gave up being prescribed Dillaudid/Roxycodone/ Opana and lortabs I gradually tried to escape from my body needing them and my mind saying quit them again. I have 3 plates/18 screws and pins/and very quickly progressive inflammatory arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. The Clinic was named ECD. The BHG crew took over and if an employee lasted 6 weeks it meant they couldnt get a job anywhere. Turnovers are frequent here. Sad. Like everyone else says - its very unorganized.

They treat you like you are less than human. All they care about is that money every day. They don't follow protocol unless it suits them.

Staff is nice enough, but they seem horribly unorganized and understaffed. They are trying to serve wayyy too many patients. Parking is a nightmare, the line is horrible you will be waiting 1+ hour to dose every day. They are extremely strict, also. It takes 9 months of clean UAs to get a week of take homes, and they will fail you for alcohol. Still better than copping on the street, but not by much. Edit: 6/20/23 Felt compelled to come back and edit this review. We are quick to say bad things about a job done poorly, but sometimes are too slow to give credit where credit is due. Some aspects of this company do still seem unorganized (particularly, for example, when one of the nurses calls in sick or takes off for vacation. Seems as if there is no backup plan and everything goes haywire), but they have made a lot of improvements. I think Ive had a long wait only once, maybe twice at most, in the past 6 months. Whereas last year it was about an hour wait every single day. So, just wanted to give some credit to BHG. Keep up the good work.
