If I could give a 0 I honestly would. I was referred by a friend to them. I reached out via the info email, twice within two months with no response. I then called them, they apologized and said their person had been on vacation the last week but Im not sure how that accounted for the other 7 weeks of not answering.
I was then connected with a women on the phone and I sent over my information. It has since been over a month and I followed up via email with no follow up or cost estimate still provided. I called again and she said that it was still on their list but they were just so busy.
Cant say if they are good at what they do or not, but they arent good at managing sales or potential new clients. I would find someone who cares to take the time of day for you.
