Somewhat rude until you get to know them. But overall they are human beings just like you. Try treating them as you want to be treated. I think that they are awesome staff

Staff is rude. Their systems are antiquated. I have to put a deposit in a drop box? How about taking credit cards over the phone? The $150 initial fee is highway robbery.

Can you say Monopoly??? You live in Millbrook? You want water? You're locked in!! I was forced to join their "co-op" when signing up which they try to say is in my benefit because I get to vote at some kind of meetings they supposedly have somewhere, and you can't opt out of it. It comes with a hefty membership fee (non refundable) you are required to pay, otherwise you can't get water service. DO NOT use their online payment service. They swear they have NO affiliation with the DOXO bill payment website even though, doing a search on any browser for Tri County Water let's you click on a link that takes you to DOXO's web site where it clearly has a huge button saying "PAY YOUR WATER BILL" If you pay on the DOXO site, unless you read the fine print (Scam?) your payment doesn't post for 7 to 10 days. If during that time, your bill is late, they will turn your water off, even though you have PAID YOUR BILL!! Pay in advance and pay more than you should, or be force to pay an outrageous $50 reconnect fee. You gotta have water right? Don't pay online, pay in the office, TAKE YOUR BILL or be forced to pay $5.00 (I'm guessing that is a fee to cover them looking up your bill without your paper bill, about 25 seconds.) Or send them a check. Its a co-op, you're a partner. (yeah right, try going to vote at the meeting. Where is it?) SO, you're stuck. Work around the obvious scam set system!
